CYNOPSIS KIDS

October 9, 2005 - Screenvision, a provider of cinema advertising, is launching a new effort to bring programming content to movie houses across the country in order to expand the use of venues during off-peak hours, and thus bringing exhibitors' a new line of revenue, create new advertising real estate and offer weekend matinees for families with little kids.

Screenvision has inked a deal with Kidtoon Films, a distributor of G-rated programming, to deliver age appropriate content for young family audiences. The matinee events will also provide each kid with a give-away. Titles under Screenvision's agreement with Kidtoon Films include: Tom & Jerry in The Fast and the Furry (Warner Bros. Animation); My Little Pony: A Very Minty Christmas (Hasbro, Inc. & SD Entertainment); Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy (Warner Bros. Animation); and Make Way for Noddy Christmas (Chorion & SD Entertainment). Over the next year Screenvision plans to expand the program to include music concerts, other types of animation and special late night programming all targeted to specific audiences when theaters are generally empty.
